We dispatch Mon-Fri so will always endeavour to have your TENS arrive when you need it.

Be sure to select express post at checkout when placing your order if you would like your parcel delivered within 1-3 days.

If you require your TENS hire urgently please contact us at hello@birthbestie.com.au before placing your order to ensure we can cater to your needs.

How long will shipping take?

If you selected Express Post, expect your parcel in 1- 3 business days, if you selected Parcel Post, you can expect delivery in 3- 6 business days. Unfortunately we rely on Australia post to follow through with their delivery timelines and your parcels may experience delays if the Australia Post network is experiencing delays. We cannot provide refunds for Australia Post delays.

How much does shipping cost?

You can select your shipping preference at checkout.

Standard Parcel post is a flat rate of $9.95, and Express post is a flat rate of $14.95.

When will my TENS arrive?

We'll schedule your TENS hire to arrive approximately 4 weeks before your due date.

Do you offer local pick up?

As a newly founded family owned and run business we unfortunately don't have the capacity to offer local pick up just yet. We are working on being able to offer this service for sunshine coast and Brisbane based orders in the near future.
